Repeated measures analyses of variance of baseline and 6-month follow-up were performed to control for age, education, gender, age at first heroin use, methadone dose and days in MMT before study. Cost per QoL point = Total MMT cost/Incremental QoL gain. MMT cost was $1179.70 in 2009. For the 6-month calculation, $589.85 (1179.7/2) was used.
