  1. Haplotype-specific tests with general linear models were performed with the covariates of age, sex, education years, and JART scores. Permutation specific P-values, specific P (perm), were adjusted for multiple testing between individual haplotypes at the given locus P-values < 0.025 (0.05/2) were considered as statistically significant to correct for the number of tested haplotypes (3–4 and 2-3-4). P-values < 0.05 are in bold, and statistically significant results are marked with ‘*’.
