  1. The results of models II and IV were the same.
  2. The results shown in Table 4 were obtained by multiple logistic regressions with Wald and forward selection. In Model I, the dependent variable was MetS and the independent variables were five demographic variables and psychiatric disorders. In Model II, the dependent variable was MetS and the independent variables were five demographic variables and pharmacotherapy factors. In Model IV, the dependent variable was MetS and the independent variables were five demographic variables, the significant psychiatric disorders in the first model, the significant pharmacotherapy factor in the second model, and other factors (including parents’ history of diabetes mellitus, suicide attempt history, and history of psychiatric admission).
