  1. 1All models included multiple imputation by chained equations for missing data and for missing outcomes due to loss to follow-up. Hierarchical models with robust S.E. estimators were used to account for clustering by CMHW. Covariate selection was done separately by analysis. Additional covariates included were length of time between assessments, any employment vs. no employment, number of children, and baseline dysfunction, depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, and traumatic grief score.
