  1. Note: Group 1 is made of baseline sample participants recruited in Puttalam district in 2011. Group 2 is made of 324 baseline participants traced and re-recruited from Puttalam district in 2012. Group 3 is made of 14 baseline participants who had returned to areas of origin in Mannar district and 228 new recruits from Mannar district.
