  1. Each PEP was broken down into one of five possible CRPT Color/Risk. Each PEP was also broken down into one score number from thirty two posible PEP. Undertriage were the PEP sorted as non urgent while were discharged as urgent PEP. Overtriage were the PEP sorted as urgent while were discharged as non urgent. PEP = Psychiatric Emergency Presentation. CPC = Continous Psychiatric Care Department (Prev. Emergency Department). CRPT: Color-Risk Psychiatric Triage
