P values in the Ref Cat column refer to the overall contribution on that variable to the model. 95% CIs 95% Confidence Intervals, AOR Adjusted Odds Ratio. $For binary variables reference categories are female (for sex) and white (for ethnicity). $AAA, Always Available Adult support from someone trusted in childhood. AAA*ACE is a combined interaction variable between continuous trusted adult support and ACEs. An interaction between sex and the AAA support in childhood*ACEs variable was included in the model but did not reach significance (P = 0.394)
