Complex program of cardiac and psychological examination, consultation and treatment of Marfan syndrome patients. After an aortic-root reconstruction surgery, psychological consultation is recommended alongside cardiac surgical control, and if necessary, psychological treatment. The psychological consultation and control is justified by the high anxiety level experienced in Marfan syndrome patients after life-saving aortic surgery as showed in this study
