Patient inclusion. Sixty-three consecutive patients were considered for this study. Eleven were excluded because they could not speak or write fluently in Swedish or had low cognitive/intellectual ability. Of the 52 eligible patients, 19 accepted and were included in the study. Two patients declined to participate before study start. One patient was diagnosed with lung cancer and had to discontinue treatment at week 11. Sixteen of 17 patients completed the study
