Flow chart of study recruitment process. Figure 1 Legends: In total, there were 214 pregnant women diagnosed with TPL and receiving prenatal care at the hospital. Among these eligible women, we had 9 cases of foetal death or spontaneous abortions (gestational age < 28 weeks [46]), 10 women were transferred to the intensive care unit during the study, 31 women were unwilling to participate in the study after delivery, and 14 women did not provide valid answers (e.g., all the answers were the same, or missing data constituted over 20% of the total items); these were excluded. As a result, a total of 150 pregnant women were included in the study. The flow chart of recruitment process is displayed in Fig.1
