Ten truncated sequence recombinants in the 5′ regulatory region of HTR1B. The target gene was obtained using the GenBank reference sequence NC_000006.12 (Homo sapiens chromosome 6, GRCh38.p7 Primary Assembly). The ten DNA fragments shared a common 3′ end at + 711 bp (TSS, + 1). The longest fragment was from − 1587 to + 711 bp, and the shortest fragment was from + 505 to + 711 bp. The SNPs overlap with some of the truncated regions
