These were 1) the initial simple linear regression analysis (MICFmean as sole predictor, top section), 2) the stepwise multiple regression (with MICF ratings in the individual domains as predictors, middle section), and 3) the hierarchical stepwise regression (combining the first two approaches, bottom section)
