Study design. The study consisted of the intervention (implementation of monthly moral case deliberation (MCD) sessions in phase 2) and pre- and post-measurements (in phase 1 and 3) on ward and healthcare practitioner (HP) level. In phase 4, after completion of the study, MCD sessions are continued on the wards. KCS = Knowledge on Coercion Scale, MAS = Moral Attentiveness Scale, SACS = Staff Attitudes on Coercion Scale
