Results from n = 73 surveys show that patients receiving care at an outpatient psychiatric SRFC provide highly positive feedback. (Top) In Part A of the Patient Feedback Survey, subjects were asked to rate various aspects of the provision of care by their student providers. Results show that the vast majority of patients either agreed or strongly disagreed that their student provider spent enough time with them, showed respect for what they had to say, explained things in an understandable way, and made them feel safe. (Bottom) In Part B of the Patient Feedback Survey, subjects were asked to self-report on their perceived improvement in broad domains of mental health and psychosocial functioning compared to their prior session.
