Flowchart of the study. All participants included on T0 were asked to participate again on T1 as well as on T2. Therefore in this flowchart, we report on T1 and T2 the total numbers of dropouts for that moment. ‘Not able to participate’ refers to cases in which a participant was at that moment of measurement not able to understand or fill in the questionnaires due to for example cognitive impairments, psychotic episodes or feelings of anxiety or depression
