Notes: Presence of burnout is defined as feeling emotional exhaustion or depersonalization at least weekly on MBI-2. Presence of PTSD, anxiety, and depressive symptoms are defined as PCL-5 ≥ 31, HADS-A ≥ 11, and HADS-D ≥ 11, respectively. Any mental health symptoms are defined as having one or more symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, or depression.
