Effects of minocycline, risperidone and haloperidol on viability of BV-2 cells. Cells were treated with minocycline (A) at concentrations of 0.01–100 μmol/L or risperidone (B) at concentrations of 0.1–100 μmol/L or haloperidol (C) at concentrations of 0.1–100 μmol/L for 24 h. The cell viability was measured by CCK-8 assay. Each column represents the results of three independent experiments. ** p < 0.01 and *** p < 0.001 was used as statistical significance to compare with the untreated control.
